Red Radish factory
Red radish pigment is extracted from carmine radish. The main component is the glucoside derivative of pelargonine, which is anthocyanin. It is not only a natural food coloring, but also safe and non-toxic. It is one of the natural colors allowed to be used by the National Food Additives Standards Committee.
